*Ring in the new year with an easy, yet invigorating 2.5-mile walk on the Greenway heading west along Griffin & Olean Creeks where an abundance of wildlife can typically be seen.

*Meet up location: the Gazebo on Bull St., Cuba (42.216592, -78.283329)

*Please Pre-Register via email: Kristine.Uribe@parks.ny.gov, with “First Day Hike Regi” on subject line or by phone message (585) 493-3614. State which hike location and how many in your party.

*Leashed pets are allowed.

*In case of severe weather, we will post on Fb advising if the event is cancelled.

*Dress weather appropriate

*Parking is available at the meet up location

*At this time we are only offering a hike, however, if there is snow feel free to bring shoes/skis.

*There are no bathroom facilities, however, THE PALMER OPERA HOUSE, 12 West Main St.,Cuba is less than 1/2 mile away from the meet up site and has graciously opened their doors both before and after the hike to offer hot beverages, snacks and handicapped accessible restrooms.
